i dont think it's getting boring, its pretty awesome to me :P
one thing i'd suggest fixing.. i can tell its coloured with photoshop.. at the bottom the line is very sharp, perhaps smooth it out by blurring that line away, ya know what im saying? .. if that's not the case then.. that's some different lip gloss XD

One tip...try Revlon's Sugar Sugar...it eliminates the need for eye shadow and gives a "kissed with sugar" look....I almost thought you had it on!!

glad you used a lipstick this time, not just software to recolor the lips. Much better.
and it wont get boring as long as you think of something different not just a fruit/ruby/heart between the lips.
perhaps bite something more aggressively? like "RAWWWR!", you know? It will be fun. Just get ideas what this "something" should be :-)
Maybe even shot more than just the lips, as the "rawr" says too much sex. Maybe include the neck and naked shoulders? dunno, something like that.
not too sexy, tho, you're just 16. wont be nice, imo.
